Dr Dan Dhunna, cautioned against the growing trend of liquid Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs) being promoted by non-medical practitioners, especially after the tragic death of Alice Webb. He emphasised, “People are rolling the dice with their lives. The trivialisation and promotion of such a risky procedure by non-medics is concerning.” Dr Dhunna stressed that all filler treatments should only be carried out by experienced medical professionals and urged the Government to take action to prevent further tragedies, as his pleas for stricter regulations have been ignored for years.
