- Any new patients must pay a £25 fee at the time of booking, by credit or debit card. Bookings are taken by phone. This will be redeemable off the cost of any treatment carried out within 2 calendar months of the initial consultation appointment.
- All NEW patients MUST have an initial consultation even if they have had a similar procedure elsewhere. There is no guarantee that treatment will be provided on the day of consultation.
- At least 72 hours’ notice must be provided in order to cancel or amend an initial consultation booking, otherwise the £25 charge will not be refunded or redeemable against any future treatment.
- In the case of non-attendance, the £25 fee will not be refunded and a further £25 will need to be taken in order to re-book the initial consultation appointment for another date
- If the patient cancels or amends an initial consultation appointment with more than 72 hours’ notice, but then needs to amend or cancel their rebooked appointment, even if they have given at least 72 hour notice, their £25 will not be refunded or redeemable against any treatment and a further £25 will be required to secure another consultation
- If a follow up appointment for treatment is arranged but then cancelled within 72 hours of the booked appointment, or if the patient fails to attend for their follow up appointment, the £25 will not be refunded or redeemable against any future treatment and a further £25 will be needed to secure another appointment
- Any patients who have not visited the any of the clinics for at least 12 months must pay the £25 fee in order to attend a further consultation with Dr Dhunna; the above guidelines will apply
- Any refunds issued will be minus any charges applied by payments system in processing the refund
