Safety First

When you are visiting our clinics, procedures are understandably going to be a little different for both our safety and for yours. Your continuing health is our priority, so you can feel assured that we will be taking all possible measures to maintain social distancing and protection from exposure to the virus as we are a medical led clinic.

This will include a history and risk assessment of every patient prior to booking.

Please let us know if you or someone you have been in close proximity with over the past 3 weeks has had any COVID 19 symptoms or has tested positive for COVID 19. This includes:

• Fever
• Persistent new cough
• Loss of smell or taste

In the clinic

• Every patient to wash their hands on arrival.
• Spacing of appointments to allow adequate disinfection between each procedure.
• PPE worn by all treating therapists and clients where appropriate.
• Maintaining appointment times as closely as possible. Please do not arrive ahead of time or be late for your scheduled appointment.
• If there is more than one client waiting for treatment they will be asked to wait in an adjoining area.
• Please limit touching any surfaces in the clinic as far as possible. Staff will open doors and offer you hand disinfectant gel after treatment.
